Search Formula to compare dates and grab all Invoice amounts after last Journal Entry date

Good Morning All,

Im working on a pretty complex project search.  Part of the metrics they use is the total amount for invoices AFTER the last journal entry date.  Im having trouble making a formula that would sum up all the invoice amounts after that date.  Using Case Statements and MAX I can find the projects that have invoices after the last journal entry, but I have been unable to find a way to catch all those and sum them up.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
