NetSuite Connector: is it possible to configure it for multiple users?

Hello,

Does anyone use NetSuite Integration (NetSuite Connector) in OpenAir?

I have configured NetSuite Connector in order to integrate NetSuite and OpenAir and to display OpenAir modules on NetSuite Dashboard/PSA tab.

I took the following steps and the integration successfully work.

1) enable integration feature on NetSuite and OpenAir

2) enable Token-based authentication and create TBA on NetSuite

3) enable Single sign-on on NetSuite and OpenAir

4) create connection point on NetSuite (where / which OpenAir module to display)

5) enter needed information(TBA key, SSO credentials, NetSuite login information) on OpenAir

After that, I have tried the same steps for another user on the same environment, but on step 5, the integration didn't work and the configuration I have done before also didn't work.
