Will enabling Advanced Bill of Materials affect other scripts like RF-Smart or a custom automation?

We are a small batch, discrete manufacturer (job shop). We are using RF-Smart for barcoding and fulfillment. We also have a script that does inter-company transfers of component items (not assemblies). Will Enabling Advanced Bill of Materials affect those items. I wouldn't think so, but I thought I would ask.
