Adding Primary Contact Info to Any Report
Hello,
I'm able to add contacts under each company in NetSuite (essentially manually inputting a lead), and when I go to run a report, I want to be able to pull any POC info associated with the company or transaction.
So far, I'm only able to pull over the Primary Contact name, no option for the phone number or email address entered in the company record. This filter option is presented in the Customer/Project>Leads family, but no options to include a phone number or email.
Am I overlooking something? Am I able to add a custom field to the offered "add fields" that would give me the option of adding a phone number or email to a report that's linked to a "Lead: Primary Contact"?
