Weblogic 12.2.1.4 Authentication denied

Hi,

I am facing issue while logging into weblogic admin console on my local machine even though I enter the correct password. To resolve this every time I have to create a new domain. This is a blocker in my development process. While working with previous version of weblogic which is 12.2.1.3 everything was working fine. Provide any solutions if you have.
