  1. Communication and Customer Service issues will begin to improve with the development of a Campus Stores specific Team. I will follow up with Hans next week for a status update and post here.
  2. Use of this discussion board in lieu of our current Hub list serve.
  3. Monthly meetings for this user group - gather best practices and tips and tricks for college stores!
