Hi Ben, Are you using APC role? If so, if you navigate to Setup > Customisation > Manage Roles. Click Edit to your existing APC role, Lists tab > look for Documents and File = Full and Save. Log into the APC role, do you see the Documents tab? I hope this helps, Maria

Hi Rick, The only way to "remove untouch items" in from your NetSuite account is to make them inactive which can be done through mass update and then import your new item list.
