Hey there, I found out that you have to put the tag into the item/category template assigned to the page you are working on. I made a div, set it to display none, and put the tag inside of it. Then you go to the actual page you are working on and you can use the tag anywhere.

Right! Thanks Cantalupiusa, I will post in here a solution if I ever find out so that we all can learn from it.

Thanks CTorgerson for pointing me in the right direction. Checking it out now.

Hi there! We are experiencing the same problem with 2.02. It all seems to have started right after the new Netsuite update took place. They are actively working on a fix for this issue. It is filed as defect 304043 as S2. Anybody else out there having this problem?

Hi Abhishek, Unfortunately no. However, we only use the free-ship method and I made a custom script for the cart that allows Canadians to enter their zip code in a field and find out whether shipping is free or not based on their location (There is a specific format to their zip codes which specify which province it is…

Jim from Netsuite told me a little about the error.... "Upon checking our backend, I found an error for a user. A JavaScript error occurred with the error message “WebStore Error 'd' is null or not an object.” Below is the file affected: HREF: https://checkout.na1.netsuite.com/c.3634088/checkout/login.ssp#login-register…

Hi Meir, Yes I was told it was because of my style modifications, so I must go back and do some testing in the sandbox to get it right. Our url is www.svsound.com. What the third party you are using? Is it google analytics? There is a file called GoogleAnalytics.js in the folder js>src>app>modules>GoogleAnalytics I would…
-
Thanks Petermac! We are only using Google Analytics to track the checkout process so far. I will give this a try! Again, I really appreciate the help you just provided! Thanks, Ryan Alfredo

Well... haha it worked until I refreshed.. its on and off.

Hi Mon, Thank you so much for the reply. The analytics tracking is coming from the GoogleAnalytics.js file in the custom checkout 2.02. Pasted Below..... // [Google Analytics](https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gajs/) // This variable has to be already defined when our module loads var _gaq = _gaq…

Hi there, Sadly the code didn't work for me. I thought it worked at first, but that was just the random nature of this issue showing on and off. I was hopeful that 2.03 would fix the issue, but I have noticed no change. I too am surprised that nobody else is talking about it. I haven't tried anything in a while so I will…

Thank you so much for your reply. I gave it a try but sadly it didnt work. It does make the image url https:// instead of http:// but... It makes the URL this way... https://www.svsound.com/PB-1000Thumbc.jpg It can't find the image because for the https:// url of this particular image, it must be the following...…

Actually I spoke to soon! It worked! I was editing the wrong file. Thank you so much for your help! You saved me a whole bunch of back and fourth between Netsuite and myself. :) Thanks again dfcowell for saving the day! I will be sure to pay it forward! - Ryan

Hi lugBlair, I use the same method you are describing. I haven't had any problems or had any file act different when deployed. Seems to be a pretty effective way.

This bundle is excellent. It is leagues ahead of the default orders page that netsuite uses with a much more intuitive user interface, and you have the ability to make edits to functionality or style. We are really happy with it, and our customers are as well! I highly recommend this bundle!
