Here are links to my other posts that detail the problems we have run into so far: Import Not Working (Neither CSV or smbXML) - This is the most significant problem. Without importing, we are reduced to re-keying all of our orders, customer data and inventory updates. A significant impact on our workflow.…

Thought I would post an update as to the response (and in some cases lack of response) we have had from Netsuite. Since posting my first message I have actually received emailed responses from Netsuite about some of the problems I have been having, so I want to give Netsuite credit for that. I was told that there is indeed…

Ken, That comment was meant to be a bit of Canadian sarcasm. We have only ever used en_US. And the help files are not showing up under that. Ron

I found a solution to the problem. It seems that some transaction forms that I customized for version 10.x will not work with version 11. As soon as I redefined and saved the form the problem disappeared. Ron

Thank you! Expediting this fix is very much appreciated. Ron

I have received an email telling me that a bug in the smbXML import process was identified and hopefully fixed, which is great news. (Issue 93570) Hasn't been released yet, but hopefully soon. As for continued smbXML support, I agree. XML was one of the key reasons we chose Netsuite and I am very happy to see that they…

I filed a case about this two days ago. Case #434608. Ron

I am not referencing either the taxItemHandle or taxItemRef elements in my customer XML file (never have), but I still get this error message. Also, where can I get a copy of the DTD 5.0 release notes? I have not been able to find them anywhere. Ron

The help files suddenly showed up for us on Friday. So the problem has been fixed. Thanks! Ron

The smbXML import is now working. Thanks!

Yes. We are using 1.5.0.3

There are still no help files available. We do not have Multi-Language turned on. Ron

Default font settings in Firefox. Standard screen resolution (as required by the LCD screen). Nothing weird. Just plain vanilla Windows XP with Firefox 1.5.0.3. Does the same thing on all our computers here. (Five of them.) Have never seen this problem on any other website. Just Netsuite 11.x Ron

Why, the Queen's English of course! ;) Ron

Found the problem! It wasn't the FireFox fonts, it was the Windows fonts. I checked the DPI settings, but did not check the Windows font settings which I should of done. When I set them to Normal, the scroll bars appeared. Question is why does this problem only manifest itself in Netsuite 11 and not on any other website…

Does it on most of the report screens, but as an example try running the standard "Open Sales Order" report. No special modifications have been made to the report. There are about 300 records in the report. Does it under all roles, including administrator. Tried it on all of our computers (each configured a bit…

I am running a few common extensions, but to be sure I installed a 'clean' version of Firefox 1.5.0.3 (not a beta or alpha release) with no extensions on another computer and the vertical scroll-bar is still missing. Ron

Case 436196 filed for this problem.

I can only conclude it has something to do with the Canadian edition. Scrolling with a wheel or up/down arrow keys does not work either, so it is a rather significant problem. Ron

I much prefer the new forum over the old one. I found the old one to be very difficult to navigate to use. While the vBulletin software used here now is not the best forum software available, it at least uses up-to-date message conventions that are used by 80% of all other forums on the web today.
