i just tried that and Matt is correct; it only prints the date the sales order is created not the date time the picking ticket is printed. Please help!!! edwin

We are currently using the way that Matt described, but sometimes we have to print the same picking ticket a couple of times for backorder items. Is there anyway to automatically indicate on the picking ticket that it is the 2nd, 3rd, etc... time that it was printed? Thanks. best regards, edwin

Hello Mark, pls try to create a transaction body fields type "phone number" and have it applies to Purchase and print on transaction form and packing slips. Sourceing & Filtering should be Entity and source from "Phone" I got this from another user in the forum and i've used it to print phone number on picking tickets…

Well it has a Super feature that i've been asking for years; ability to create matrix items via csv import!!!! i am using Channel Advisor for my other ventures and they can just import parent-Childs items with ease. I think the original issue was to print item barcode on transaction form such as picking ticket, sales order, etc..... to facilitate fulfillment process instead of just printing out all the item labels on separate sheets. We have just implemented live person about 10 days ago and it has been working great. So far i have only implemented on the checkout pages but probably will open it up on the whole site as we gain more experience with it. They have a discount pricing structure for netsuite customers.
