  • Thanks for the feedback. Lina, I did end up just customizing my report to only show the projected not the weighted total, but I was curious if perhaps I was missing a feature that I could activate that would allow us to change that percentage. Overall I think customizing the report is a good workaround. Thanks again. J

  • That was one of the suggestions our NS consultant gave me, however that did not resolve that problem. With that option unchecked, employee names still show up attached to the company name in front of it. Thank you for the suggestion...can you think of anything else that might cause this?
  • Yes a case with support has been posted, case number 768936. I just need to get rid of these cases being created; is there a setting that I had triggered that allows them to email this spam into cases?   • Our NS is backup too, however I've had several employees complaining that it's very sluggish. Anyone else having that problem?
  • Yes, we had an incidence where it took 7 minutes to save a case.
  • Would seem the usergroup is hosted elsewhere. Doing a traceroute indicates it's with rackspace.net. Where the rest seem to be at Level3.net. Yes, I just did the same thing and it appears to stop at San Jose's Level3.net site...if you check Level3.net's website it's down, so it appears the datacenter itself is down.
