We had a similar problem trying to save Bills. It turned out that our Accounts Payable account had mysteriously become Inactive during the 2010.1 upgrade. You might want to check your list of accounts.

There is a much simpler way. If you have the advanced inventory module, you can specify expiry dates per batch of a product. Search NetSuite help for "expiration date". Matthew

Okay, so we are now paying for the Netsitebuilder module, but we have a problem in that the text, "This web store and web site powered by NetSuite ecommerce software", is still showing on the bottom of our site. Does anyone know how to remove this text. Thanks, Matthew
