  • We are getting a lot more error reports from SecPay since V11 ... although going into each sales order and releasing it manually does solve those errors, it is time consuming. Something has definetely changed in V11. Regards - Jack
  • I went for the manual option. Using the Netsuite Froogle feed to generate a list of product URL's and then adding any other URL's manually. You can then import a text list of URL's into GSiteCrawler, and it spits out the xml. Regards - Jack
  • I can't even get the system to amend the URL for using the Setup > Website > Customize Website Text ... have you manage to change the default URL for all tracking? Regards - Jack
  • We had the same problem for about three hours yesterday. It seems to be working again now with no intervention on our part, so I assume it was a Netsuite realiability issue.
  • I have gone for the tabs / cats root, eg: http://www.stopbox.co.uk/exterior-lights/floodlights/500w-halogen The cat above works: http://www.stopbox.co.uk/exterior-lights/floodlights but nav menu and breadcrumb is referring to the old url: http://www.stopbox.co.uk/s.nl/sc.11/category.-111/.f when is should be pointing to:…
  • The home page tabs links are now working properly. The only remaining issue I can see with the new URL system, are the related product links. At the moment, the related product links are missing their tab in the URL makeup. e.g. The first link at the bottom of this page:…
  • This must be one of the most constructive and well informed threads in the newgroup, on a subject that will be close to many of our hearts and wallets. Many thanks to all concerned, and please update any changes in rankings people have experienced (I am still running V10, so can't help). Reagrds - Jack
  • I have just switched to descriptive URL's. The only glitch seems to be for tabs. The nav menu and breadcrumb both refer to the old URL's when it comes to tabs; from Tab level down the descriptive URL's work (and are refered to correctly in the nav menus). The new tab level url's work fine if you enter the url manually, but…
  • MSN has spidered some of the new URL's. I have noticed that their spider is now adding the javascript message at the beginning of all the pages (i.e. This site requires JavaScript to work correctly, so you must first enable JavaScript in your) ... this isn't going to help in the search result. I am not sure whether this is…
  • The fix has solved the breadcrumb and navigation issue, except for the navigation menu on the home page. The homepage links still use the old style urls. As search engines heavily weight in favour of homepage links it is very important that these are also fixed. Thanks - Jack
  • There is a lot of stuff in the old newsgroup on this (mostly on Google Analytics it not being able to track sales in Netsuite). See https://oldusergroup.netsuite.com/ or a step by step guie here: http://www.fourthwc.com/netsuite/2006/01/google-analytics-in-netsuite.html Has anyone got analytics to track the sales data yet?
  • I am also trying to solve this. I have changed the text in the Setup > Website > Customize Website Text but it does not make any difference to the emails Netsuite send. Looks like another bug to me!
  • If you want to mess around with the new URL's and 302's, you will need to allocate a domain name to the site. I tested mine by setting up a temporary dns entry (e.g. betatest.domain.com) and pointing an A record to the beta server IP address (in my case it was 63.209.28.202). That way I able to test the new URL's and…
  • The answer is yes! Just tested it on the beta site. Regards - Jack
  • Sorry, talking rubbish. V11 lets you upload a file to: Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files Wheras in v.10 you can only upload to: Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > site > but the files are not accessible from webstore.
