  • I scheduled a campaign over a week ago. Status still shows "Scheduled to execute on 07/22/2010 3:00 pm ". Statistics contain info as if the email was sent and we have evidence that it was, in fact, sent to 12,139 recipients. Is this related to Elaine's case? Should I file a case of my own?
  • Yeah!!! Hooray!!!! I'm so happy to have my detailed description field back in DLE mode!!!! Thank you, NetSuite (and Mike, for bringing to issue to light)
  • I'd like to add that the very same thing has been happening to me over the last couple of months. I was hoping this last upgrade would fix it, but the problem is still there. I did not file a case because, honestly, it is such bizarre behavior that I didn't even know how to begin describing it (thanks, Mike, for finding a…
  • Evan, I logged a case for this right after you suggested I do so (case 113927) and nothing has changed yet. We need, specifically, "country of manufacture" but would like to know that any field which is available in my item description, would also be available as editable in list view. thanks, mimib
  • Updated news on this issue is on another thread.... https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=10256&referrerid=620 -mimib
  • YEAH!!!!! Thanks so much! That worked beautifully! I never would have figured that out, no matter how long I stared at that code! ;-) mimib
  • Wow! Thanks!!!! That is sooooo helpful. I will read up and (hopefully) make it work! mimi
  • Try using JQuery, you can add as many as you like then. I'm afraid I don't know how to do that. Can you give more details of how that is done? thanks! mimi
  • Checkout the one page checkout for WolfGang Puck Coffee at http://www.wpcoffee.com That webstore is not built in NS.
  • I find some text which is in the area where I want to add new text and then edit that heading/field. You can access things like headings and field labels by going to setup>website>customize text. It's a rough work-around, but until NS opens up the design/layout of the checkout pages, it's all we got. The tricky part may be…
  • Trevor, Do you have "store value" selected? Also, I see I have my custom field checked to show on the "screen fields" tab of our custom Sales Order transaction form. Little things, I know, but those are the ones which always get me. :D mimi
  • To customize add to cart button, go to: Website > Appearance > Themes, or type themes in global search, click "edit" next to the theme you use, go to "Tabs & Buttons" tab, change the code for "Add To Cart Button" field, It will change the add to cart button for the whole Web site. Hi Bushra, I had gotten that far already.…
  • Just the item drill-down template -- we don't display the add-to-cart button on category pages so it won't need to be in the item list cell. I've added bold red text above the add-to-cart button as a work-around for now, so I can relax until you can post your new code. Our add-to-cart button is an image*, so all I need to…
  • Mark, I pm'd it to you --mimi
  • Mark, The items will be all over the site mixed in with other items. It will be easy to apply a special item drill-down template to just these items which will have a different version of the add to cart button. So all I need to do is to figure out a way to replace the default add to cart button with a special button in…
  • I'm going to bump this up because I think all I need is a simple bit of sample html to do what I want to do. In an item drilldown template, I want to replace <%=getCurrentAttribute("item", "addToCartHTML")%> with the complete add to cart html code. In other words, I want to use the complete code for a working add to cart…
  • ditto... nice image gallery in IE, but I don't see any images at all in FireFox. :-(
  • It's in the "Left Side Navigation Template" of your theme -- not the "logo and tabs template". <td bgcolor="#999999" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top" width="2"><img src="/images/store/templates/common/spacer.gif" alt="" border="0" height="20" width="2"></td> --mimi
  • Mark, Have you tried declaring it? I had an instance a couple of weeks ago were a getCurrentAttribute tag worked on one template without being declared, but did not work on another. I declared it in the second template and it worked. This whole "declare" business seems a bit random. --mimib
  • I think I understand what's going on... You have a custom CATEGORY TEMPLATE/LAYOUT (or at least placed custom html in the detailed description box of your category) which contains code for a sub-category navigation menu. The item you are navigating to, however -- even though it is assigned to that category -- refers to…
  • Sorry, Rob. Looked at your website and realized that's not the correct solution :( I'm sure it has something to do with category setup vs. item setup, but as Tag substitution is not available at item level, I'm not sure what you can do. Very nice website, though! I really like the navigation menu and hope you can get it to…
  • BTW the "customize website text" page is in dire need of fixing. There are many many fields that have no labels/explanation so who knows when/where these messages are displayed. Also, on Macs this page is really messed up - it has all sorts of random scrollbars everywhere (FF and Safari)... I don't think this page has been…
  • 14 months later...there are still no definitions for most of customizable webstore text on the Customize Web Site Text page. Daniel Chang agreed ""We should complete the description (or more precisely definition) for all the customizable webstore text under Setup > Customize Web Site Text. Filed issue 135691. Thanks,…
  • The only way to do it at this time is manually. I believe that she intends to do it manually but needs to see the code which makes up <NLCOLUMNCONTENTS> so she has a starting point. Is that right, Kathy?
  • I've voted for this enhancement and hope everyone who has ever grumbled over this issue will vote as well. It's important NS understands how useful this would be to those of us with websites. Sometimes I just sit and daydream about how cool my site could be if I could present PSS results in a way which blends seamlessly…
  • Kathy, Never found an answer to this one, so I had to continue with the deconstruction method. It seems like such a simple request -- just a plain old, nothin' fancy template -- which can be used as a starting point for customizing templates, but alas... Good luck!
  • Julie, Thanks, but I've tried both of those methods already. As you said, the Help pages have sample code of "some" fields -- not many. As for deconstructing a theme, it's a lot of work to get it back to a plain look without all the borders and spacing and colors and fonts and etc... What would be nice is if there was a…
  • That's not what I'm looking for. Although the get attribute tags are important to know when I customize the template, they are just one piece of the complete code which I would have to include in a custom template. I'm looking for all the divs and styles and <td>'s and <tr>'s and <p>'s, etc. Look at this -- the template…
  • Dave, So you already tried </td> after the last </table>? --mimib
  • Barcuh, Thanks for taking time to reply, but as I mentioned, I have already tried both of your suggested methods. Working backwards from a themed template is definitely doable, but is time-consuming. The "new" template does give me a blank slate, but that is because it is empty. Think of it this way.. If I apply a layout…
