  • Commercial rates seemed to be the dirty secret that no one mentions when they call up and offer a better rate on processing fees. We did a switch a year or so ago and suddenly the rate on some transactions went to 3.6 or so percent. Of course I yelled at the company, and eventually dumped them and went back to the…
  • I will give this a try. Thank you!
  • Great. I'll keep checking back. Thanks again for keeping an eye on the forums.
  • Unfortunately, "overdue accounts and collections" is not available in NetSuite Basic. Why does it seem that all the cool time saving features that would help a small company out aren't available to a small company that can't afford and/or justify $10k+/year on an accounting solution, and who have spent the last six years…
  • We are still getting error emails for orders placed in April. The orders had to be manually done in NS as just a "lead" was generated. NS said to archive the orders, which we did, but the emails keep coming. In the Integration console we got the Send code:500 error for a while but now we have: We encountered an error…
  • No. Our orders don't even make it into NetSuite, just a lead is generated. Defect 177312 and 166439. Fun part is that Google Checkout sends 3 or 4 message a day that the checkout didn't work.
  • And now that we are finally getting it, Google is discontinuing the Adwords free transaction processing "promotion",effective May 5th, which I think has been on-going since after the free period of the original launch. And the rates will jump as well, depending on volume. Better late than never?
  • Another vote for Google checkout! If you're doing any search engine marketing (paid, I should note), the chance to get some of that money back via rebated merchant fees is too good to pass up. Gee, wouldn't it have been nice to get an email this morning announcing that NetSuite had partnered with Google and this all was…
  • I got the same error. After timing out several times, and creating a case on-line and getting the "clear the cache reply" ( I've been a user since Feb 2001, and the cache has been OFF SINCE 2002.) I finally called the beta support number and the tech "reauthorized" me via email and re-set the password. Took ten or so…
  • Workplace: I edited the workplace in Oregon (Portland). There was an override on the address, which probably came from the location entry for Portland. I deleted the override, since I couldn't think of a reason the additional data (fax number, web address) used for invoices would have anything to do with the workplace.…
  • 1) Washington L&I Employer contribution can be based on quantity (hours) and now that works (I thought I'd clicked that before, but now it works). Employee deduction, however, can't be based on quantity, just a flat rate or percentage (flat rate would work w/salaried;need to create an item for that). 2) Oregon. I noticed…
  • The calculation for Tri-Met tax is correct. The display rate is still wrong. Rate is .006518, displayed is .00642. Also, Oregon Worker Benefit Fund (Oregon WBF) is wrong. Should be 2.8 cents per hour, split between worker (1.4) and employer (1.4). Display and paycheck calculation have it at 3.0, 1.5 cents each. Thanks
  • Customer code is used for "Purchasing cards". Our cc terminal prompts for it when that type of card is entered, usually MC if memory is correct. Nobody seems to know their code or volunteers it, however, and we (probably) get hit at a higher processing rate.
