Dear PayPal users, Please ensure that your PayPal email notification address matches exactly with your email address entered in NetSuite's PayPal setup. This is for security reasons. 11.0.3 should address any other issues in this regard. Thanks, David Developer, NetSuite

The PayPal issue (#107511) has been resolved. Due to security reasons, NetSuite vendors must enter their exact PayPal email address in the NetSuite PayPal setup page. If you are affected by this issue, please check that the email address you have entered in the NetSuite PayPal setup page is in fact the paypal email address…

You can also try editing and resaving your PayPal setup page as a work-around. Support can assist with this. Thanks, David
