Thanks for replying. The answer to both questions are no. This happened only for transactions on 7/1/08. It happened to one more order on 3rd. When this happened we unchecked process paypal transaction in cash sale and that way we created the cash sale.

Yes, asking customers complicated information may even reduce sales. Processing each order individually by filling some number in customer code is tedious as well as meaningless. Thanks for the information. Our developer uses smbxml. We don't like to ship from NS due to its many limitations. We prefer the shipping software that we have now and it does a good job printing shipping labels. And also cash sales cannot be fulfilled in NS, only sales orders can be fulfilled in NS.

Not happy with SCA. Netsuite SB was better with speed. SCA takes up to 15 seconds for an uncached page. Once cached they claim 5 seconds but 15 s is too high for a first time visitor for uncached pages.

If you are in Sitebuilder Netsuite will be blocking them. Even if you go to Akamai directly (the one they are using now for SCA platform) they will block it so none will work.

Suitecommerce designed our website too and I suspect this error is happening due to some of their code. For them to look at this issue, we need to buy their 30 hour block. Not at all happy with this .
