We have an ongoing S1 Defect and are actively working on getting this resolved. Please attach yourself to Issue 190728 if you have not already done so.

Status.netsuite.com shows Some accounts are affected. More information will be posted on this status page as it becomes available. We are still working on a resolution. We apologize for this downtime, but are estimating one more hour before resolution. Bernie

No need to file a case. We have found a problem and are working on a resolution. We expect to be back up in about 30 minutes. This is an isolated problem which impacts a small number of customers.

NetSuite is aware of this current problem and we are actively working on a resolution. There is currently heavy activity on this db causing the intermittent performance issues that are being reported on this thread. We will post back shortly with an update. Bernie Fraser NetSuite Support

I've re-opened the case with some instructions on correcting possible duplicate conctacts. This should get resolved today. Bernie

Hi Nick, The Support team should be able to see which customers are calling us. We track/monitor via account number (the one that you enter when you access out support system) when calling and that we should immediately call you back. We will verify with the with team members on the Partner ques to make sure this happens.…

Support has confirmed that all lines have been up and running since about 7:00am Eastern time. Bernie
