Hi Jim, I'm pretty sure it was user error. When we tried to replicate it, private contacts remained on Outlook and didn't come across. We beilieve the user configured the private data filter for events but made the assumption that the setting applied to contacts as well. Cheers Sion

In a non-admin Sales Centre role when I go to the Activites tab, the Scheduler is not there. Clicking 'Customise this page' shows the Scheduler unticked but the box is greyed out.
