Thanks Mark, It was pointed out to me that when an inventory item is created with an on hand amount, Netsuite automatically creates an inventory adjustment. It appears that this inventory adjustment can be edited. Is this how you would handle this? Thank you, Katie Clifford

Do we have to do this for all items or only inventory items? Do we have to recreate the serialized items as well? Thank you for your help.

Pat, We had considered using seperate GL Accounts, but their controller wants to create seperate departments for each sales rep (they have about 20). I was concerned about how this will effect the security and ability to see records so we are going to test with one individual and work through the process. Katie

We did reset all the customer numbers but the current number is stuck on the large number. Any other suggestions?

We are using auto-generated numbers for customers. The numbering had become screwed up so we reset all the numbers. But the current number remains as it was before reset. Is there a way to fix the current number? I have asked Netsuite support and they were of no help. Thank you in advance, Katie
