Hi, I'm not sure about Crystal, but Excel sometimes wants the "Show System Tables" turned on, in order for tables to be 'visible' (even though they already were). This setting was in the ODBC settings on the Import Data Wizard in Excel, so it may be there for Crystal as well. Try it, can't hurt! Matt

I'm really hoping the delay (I saw promises of 'next couple of days' earlier too)is due to an exhaustive QA process so that everyone will be swimming in happiness when it all installs perfectly, and operates without error on 99.99% of installations with full documentation. I think Evan or someone will jump in soon with references to v2008.1 which includes Work Order functionality. We are desperately awaiting it! Check the Sneak Peek docs within Help to see if it will help your scenario, but I think it might... Cheers, Matthew

Hi Regina, Are there ANY transactions for the member items? You should be able to delete the Assembly if there is not a single transaction on it, then you can delete the member items. Otherwise, yes, inactive is the only option (which works enough for us anyway - we don't delete anything now). Matt
