Hi Phillip, is there anyway to get the bulk merged letters, emails, etc. to show up under the messages tab alongside individual emails and also when the 'Show Activity' button is clicked? Or is it only possible for them to be on the seperate tab? Thanks, Asher

Thanks for the quick reply Evan. I've had a look at my preferences and that's already ticked. It seems to use keywords when attaching Contacts to Customers, but not when attaching Tasks to my custom record. Any other suggestions?

I completely agree. I've just done the same thing, sent out emails from this screen assuming the transaction would be attached or embedded automatically. Why else would you have a specific email button on the screen?

As far as I understand them (I've used them a few times) a survey is really just an online, HTML form. So you could create one in just the same way. Just make sure the parent field is the Employee Name rather than the Cutomer name. Then send the link to your Employees.
