Okay, you can memorize the CC transaction, but then, how does the system know to apply it to the correct invoice... There are still a bunch of problems... Essentially, we don't use 'cash sale' we could, but as of now we don't... It would be great if we could hit a checkbox on a sales order and then have every invoice…

Again, we keep getting new systems with office 2010. Not having this integration really ruins NS for our reps some of whom are simply giving up on using the system. Office 2010 was officially released on June 15th of last year (380 days ago). I can understand a small delay in compatibility (maybe a month). However, in…

Okay, we really want to start pushing this to our reps, yet half of the team is using Outlook 2010. Is there any update as to when this will be available?
-
Great, except out IT says we are 100% 64-bit Outlook. So is this essentially something that can work in the rare case when you happen to have Office 2010 and a 32 bit configuration?
-
You guys are killing us. To not be able to use the current version of office is ridiculous. I hope this is resolved soon....

Hi Martin- Essentially we are looking for a saved search that can display: Invoice # / Invoice Currency / Invoice Amount in actual currency / Commission Paid on this invoice IN COMM currency / Commission schedule / Comm paid date We don't use "by transaction" commisison schedules, they are by period/based on collection…
-
We have run into the same bug today.... REALLY annoying.... Why would the schedule be permanently locked into the plan if it has not been used?
-
I have played with this endlessly... Is there ANY way I can get sublist (from the commission record) info into a commissions saved search? Or any saved search for that matter? A "main line is false" commissions search breaks out the sublist lines per amount (step one), but NAME/INVOICE#/INVOICE CURRENCY/SCHEDULE etc. seem…

What's up Robert, Thanks for the reply... I am the owner of the mass update. It's public, but I own it. -Matt Stryker

Hey khultquist-- thanks for the info, very useful... I have not previously used months_between (I typically create 'julian months' which is simply a numeric 'YYYYMM' month code created using TO_CHAR). I have, however found LAST_DAY to be very useful (we use LAST_DAY in a report where we need to display prorated CMRR for…

Adding both of these seems to work... nlapiSubmitField('customer', acctid, 'salesteam', 198438); nlapiSubmitField('customer', acctid, 'salesrep', 196636);

I figured it out.... We have a scheduled script that sets any unassigned account to belong to our sales development manager (there are other things that happen related to our Eloqua integration which fail if an account does not have a primary rep>> we have sales teams turned on). Anyway, when the rep yesterday assigned the…
-
rnedelkow-- Big thanks, this has been really annoying, but your workaround is great...
-
Thanks, that might work-- but saved/created user event scripts seem to always makes things slow and unpredictable... I had really wanted to run a nightly scheduled script that would include a saved search for customers who did not have 'pdf' as their preference, and then only correct those records...

I filed one, it's case # 925060 ...
-
Right, but I don't need fxamount.... essentially we are trying to get everything on the search in USD when the subsidiary structure is: USA (parent) Australia (child) United Kingdom (child) When I simply use the 'Amount' field I get what is needed... However, if {amount} is used within a formula, it seems to automatically…

That's great, when does 2009.2 come out? (we could really use this functionality as some saved searches have been giving screwy results due to the error)
-
I totally agree... The graphs are pretty cool, and we are not asking for all of the functionality that one would see in excel.... That being said, if we were able to graph 2 trends together it would be really useful...
-
We figured out a way to do this..... Let me know if you are interested (it involves a script and a custom column field check-box-- essentially the same as you "Company Paid" field). Fairly straight forward.... Let me know if you are still trying to figure this out... Thanks... - mstryker@certain.com
-
Okay, I found it... Setup Manager > Company > Printing, Fax & Email Preferences > Extend Columns to Bottom of Page
-
The only thing I can think of would be: It is easy to sum them with a saved search (use count of internal ID and group by parent customer). Then simply have a scheduled script update a static field on the parent and you should be good to go...
-
benjsicam- Worked like magic, thank you for the assistance... -Matt Stryker
-
Never mind-- I finally figured it out-- Under the filters choose parent as 'filter using' then under 'value is' you can select 'current record'...

I created a case requesting the enhancement be added back to the queue. It seems like a really simple thing to fix, so hopefully this will be dealt with QUICKLY (as in this month). Anyway, the new case number is 1255744 (they should give an enhancement number soon). I requested- Having primary as a default contact role…
-
So what's the deal. That enhancement seems to have disappeared from enhancement voting? Our salespeople are also complaining about this. If there was some special purpose for multiple default roles I would understand, but it seems that they are simply forced upon us for no reason, right?
-
Never mind.... I figured it out... (not much sleep last night)
-
Thanks Yang, I appreciate the prompt response... It's almost like I can predict every "soon to come" enhancement... Too bad this power does not work with my stock picks....
-
Apologies, it seems I left an 's' out of my field id name, I should have had more coffee this morning. Anyway errol, it is now working as you had stated, thank you for the reply.
-
I tried with recipientrec.setFieldValue('custrecord_surveyproduct',testarray); I did not get an error, but the field was not set. I added an email out to check the array: var returnstring = ("recipient id is: "+recipient+"items are: "+msvalue); nlapiSendEmail(2097844, 2097844, 'TEST FROM Suitelet -…

frederic.jannelle-- We have to say thank you as well... We are in the middle of a project where we are moving part of our company to a new Netsuite instance and we needed to force recognize all future revenue for a specific product line in Dec 2011. The issue was that there were about 2,400 RevRec schedules that went out…
