not sure if it is what you are referring to - but you can csv load transactions -like tasks accross multiple contacts / customers...

I our instance, Mobile Phone is on the contact table. On a customer search I would choose Contact Fields/ Mobile Phone under criteria.

:) yes - I tried 'min' and 'first' in place of 'last' -both without effect. I'm not sure the ordering is doing anything - when viewing a different example - an activity from the mid range was being presented...
