Unless you have a different sandbox than I have seen, you are allowed 12 (included in the price) refreshes per year. You just request the refresh from support. Which queue in Support deals with Sandbox refresh? I have requested for refresh in the account a week ago but account is not refreshed yet.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. The Item field is checked to print, however it's printing the Vendor Name/Code instead and not Item Name/Number. I would like both to print, but am unable to do so.
