There was an issue raised a few weeks ago, 352469. The solutions is for non-integrated credit card payment purposes (where payment is for recording purposes only): Do the following steps: 1. Setup > Accounting > Accounting List. 2. Select Type = Payment Method. 3. Click Edit VISA. 4. Unmark the Credit Card checkbox.…

Heard back from NetSuite on this issue - This is a defect some clients are having. The work around is to print statements from the client-child level as needed.
