Yes I double checked that but they can access PO's and SO's. I even went to the record type and gave the role Full Access under that permission tab. A few months ago she could add the SO & PO. And I have not changed anything for her role. Driving me a bit bonkers.

They do not want employees to alter anything on the sales order after it is in a billing stage. But the inside reps receive serial numbers after that and they would like to be able to access just that one column on the sales order. I have not been able to find a way to just leave one column editable.

Thanks. That is what I ended up doing, but it duplicates for each item. I finally threw in the towel and just manipulated that data in excel to remove the dups. You would think Netsuite would build a native report with all transaction info.

You can run a search for all saved searches. List>Saved Search>New>Saved Search and put criteria on last run date. But I do not see an easy way to get that information for Reports. The only way I really found was to create a custom analytics audit trail search and list the criteria as record type=report. List>Saved…

Yes I am seeing this as well. Automated reports are not being delivered and certain users are not able to email a PO to themselves. Does anyone know if this will be resolved for IP 208.46.212.196

Yes, almost everyday I am getting a new IP address flagged. Each time I send to NS and a different will pop up as soon as they fix that. I received this message today.
