It looks like the "exclude" option for report filters did indeed make it into the September 2010 release of OpenAir but it was not listed in the release notes. You need to contact OpenAir to have the feature enabled in your instance of OpenAir.

It's now July and the next OpenAir release should be around the corner. Any update on this thread? Should we look for the reporting exclude feature in the release notes?

Stephen1, You're not alone in that expectation. Perhaps this quote from Dan Grace's post on 3/31/2010 is what gave us all that impression. ...allow for an 'exclude' option to be used instead of 'include' for report filters. Dan, Any thoughts on this?

I would love to see this feature as well. I don't think there is a current feature or workaround which could enable it.

GM, If you could be more specific as to the symptoms then I could provide a more specific answer. However, based on your "down week on week" description, it occurs to me that there is the possibility for a weekly dip in total forecasted revenue (actual charges + charge projections) if the booked hours don't become reality…
