thanks for reply John, as of now we are also doing the same thing. but this apprach is giving us problem while creating saved searches. Here we are not able to fetch the field value for it. (we are creating the saved serach on assembly build) so we wanted to know if there is any way that we could add it in 'item/member…

for time being we have created one custom record, and importing the data on that. then have deployed one script to read the data from custom record and create work orders
