Hi Richard, Could you please try removing the Exchange Rate from your import, or simply leave it unmapped in your mapping? If you continue to encounter an error after this, I would recommend submitting a Support Case, as resolving this may require testing in an environment that closely matches your account. Thank you.

Hi Richard, Could you try entering this on a Journal Entry instead? The first screenshot you provided is from the Transfer of Funds page. I’d recommend testing this in a Sandbox environment to avoid affecting your actual books. Thanks!
