we tried initially on list items, as all the old numbers we wanted to add to the custom field were already typed in. Like you guys, we had to go for a text option and are busy adding in all the numbers in yet again. Is there a number that we vote for on this?

Jim, may I ask, have you found a way (other than a saved search for each customer) of saving the search to the customer tab (mine is under "sales" tab) and also having it default to that customer? yes, we are all seeing the issue and can't work around it. Even with our saved searches, they show the issue but with only 2* repeats, some with identical and another with approx 5% difference in price.
