Really appreciate the quick replies! The attached screenshot would be what i'm trying to total. The journal entry would Credit 50010 for the total of the lines highlighted which is also displayed under the Accounting Tab as "Est. Extended Cost" and then Debit 70080 as an account we have set up for marketing promotions.…

I've got the two new body fields setup and ready to go. Can you tell me how/where to create and upload the user script to deploy? Also, i think you gave me a generic one, which is appreciate, but i don't know how to actually make the script total the COGS and make the appropriate journal entry.

The above solution would not work. As this order is imported from Shopify and connected to a physical product, it is not possible or feasible to create duplicate items that would be considered "promotional."
