The problem has been resolved. It is assumed that the address on the FedEx integration page in the SB account and the contact information in the FedEx account should be the same. Thank you for the support

Hi @Niks Blando-Oracle , Yes, I received the test FedEx account details from FedEx and tried to use it with the test account and address mentioned in the suiteanswer. However, it still displays the Unexpected error.
