Hello @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle, Yes the Actual Charge has a Sales Order associated. I tried adding a billing schedule (this was previously not filled in), but this didn't change the Billing Schedule on the associated SO.

Do you know if there is a way to change this in SOs that are already partially fulfilled? I cannot refresh items from the project, because then I'll have the charges double in the SO. @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle

Hello @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle, This would mean that we have to create a new contract every year, because indexation is applied every year. That is what we are doing now, and we want to change this as this situation results in a lot of contracts under each customer.

Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle, I have identified the field and set it to inactive. The charge does not contain this seperate charge line anymore. It still doesn't combine all expenses from two expense reports in one charge, but the charges are combined on the invoice. Thank you so much for helping me!

Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle, The two Project - Meals Charges are combined into one line, because the originate from the same Expense Report. However, this is not the case when the information originates from different Expense Reports. For example, the Project - Accomodation has two lines.

I have allocated the employee to the project and used the internal ID for the project. I matched the project code field from the file with the customer field from NetSuite, but still get the same error that the customer field is invalid for this employee.

Thank you for your suggestion. In the mapping field I cannot select the internal ID, but only a customer field. Would this mean that I cannot import the timesheets for a certain project?

Hi all, It seems that the Sales Order was based on fixed fee rules, that did not automatically generate charges. Therefore no Items were loaded into the Invoice and I've added the Items manually, causing the Invoice to unlink from the Sales Order.

Also trying it through Sales Orders to Invoice, the bill is in the list but the following error occurs: You must enter at least one line item for this transaction.
