Hi @Dwight Schrute, If your startdate = {datecreated} and enddate=nvl({trandate},{today}), then you just substitute these in the formula. You will come up with something like this: ROUND(((TO_CHAR(nvl({trandate},{today}), 'J') - TO_CHAR({datecreated}, 'J'))) - ((((TRUNC(nvl({trandate},{today}), 'D')) -…

Hi @Dwight Schrute, Can you provide some examples that the results are inconsistent? One possible reason is that there are multiple Applied To Transactions, or the search is pulling information from multiple/different lines. It would be helpful if you can provide us the Criteria/Results tab of your search so we can also…

Hi @User_4G6AP, If you want the search to be filtered based on the formula you entered, then you can add the Formula (Text) to the Criteria tab and Available Filters tab: When you run the search, it will show a Text field in the Filters region and you can enter the name of the Location there. Note: In the Results tab, I…

Hi @Jyothi B, Maybe you can add a formula in the Criteria tab > Summary subtab: Formula: MAX(CASE WHEN {systemnotes.type} IN ('Set','Change','Unset') AND {systemnotes.role} = 'Administrator' THEN {systemnotes.date} END) - MAX(CASE WHEN {systemnotes.field} = 'Document Status' AND {systemnotes.newvalue} = 'Approved for…

Hi @KNason76, As per SuiteAnswers 8069, there is a limit of 25,000 records per imported file. I checked my resources and did not find any limit specific to BOMs so it might follow the 25,000 records/lines limit in general. Hope this information helps! ? If it did. then we would greatly appreciate if you can click "Yes" on…

You can add a Criteria so that the search will only show items that have Location Qty On Hand that is greater than 0. Try to add Location On Hand is greater than 0 in the Criteria tab of your search.
-
Just want to clarify.. Do you want the search to show only those with quantity on hand in the location?
-
Can you change the Summary Type of the Inventory Location to Group instead of Maximum? Does that change things?
-
Did you change the field in the Results tab as well?
-
Hi @User_4G6AP, Try using Inventory Location field instead of Inventory Detail: Location. Let us know if this will give the results that you require. ========================= If you find this reply to your question as helpful, others with the same question might find it helpful as well.
