Hi @User_EK47U, Per SuiteAnswers 104194: Based on this, it seems that it is not possible to automate the ad hoc inspection. You can submit a new SuiteIdea to request for this functionality.

Hi Judy, I checked my resources on this one and it seems that the Shipping Amount is not available in the AR Aging report. I did find an existing enhancement related to this: Enhancement # 76550: Need to expose the following fields on the Transaction Search and Reports including Sales by Customer/A/R Aging reports/Open…

Hi @Elizabeth Vance, I tested this on my account, but was not able to get both the class of the Assembly Item and the BOM Component in a single dataset. I also tried creating an Item Dataset and a Bill of Materials Dataset, but was unable to link them since there was no common key for these datasets to be linked. Per…

According to SuiteAnswers 66391: The Cost column is an accumulation of postings to the COGS account of an Item for the period selected on the report. Normally, this will include transactions such as Item Fulfillment, Stand-Alone Invoice, and Item Receipts created from RMAs. You may also want to check the following…

Hi @Craig_Verde, I tested this on my end, and it seems that it is not possible to source the Project Name if the Criteria is Type = Payment. I tried using the Applied To Transaction: Name and Applied To Transaction: Main Line Name, but this only returned the Customer Name, not the Project name. To be able to show the…

Hi @RobertBongers, Thanks for confirming. Upon further checking, it seems that showing the Customer Group in a Transaction Saved Search is not yet possible in the system. I did find an enhancement request for this: Enhancement # 209313: Customer/Transaction Saved Searches > Expose the fields on the Group records to appear…

I don't think this is possible using the saved search since when you create a new PO, the details in this PO is not pulled in a saved search because technically it is not yet saved or an existing record in the system. You can reach out to your developers or to your Account Manager for possible engagement with our…

Hi @Dext3r, The Reorder Multiple field is greyed out because the Replenishment Method on the item is set to Material Requirements Planning. Reorder Multiple field is only available if the Replenishment Method is set to Reorder Point. Based on the field help, this field allows you to enter the quantity you prefer to order…

Hi @Craig_Verde, Can you share screenshots of the Criteria and Results tab of your search? It would also help if you can share sample transactions and highlight the specific fields that you want to show in the search.

Hi @NitinEOH, According to SuiteAnswers 70246 the standard calculation is: Quantity Available = quantity currently stocked, less quantity committed to orders. Meanwhile, SuiteAnswers 70278 states: The Make Inventory Available box on inventory status records controls whether items with a specific status should be available…

We only have the available Quality User Guide. I noticed on your screenshot that you have a new/custom Pre-Inspection Action "Item Fulfillment Packed". Based on the user guide, this action must be recognizable by an active workflow. You can also test if this is the problem by removing the Pre-inspection Action first to see…

Hi @RobertBongers, Were you able to confirm if this Customer Group sublist you have on your customer record is a standard sublist or a custom one?
-
Hello @User_E15G4, I checked my resources on this and this seems that your requirement is not yet possible in the current system. There is no "Firm" filter yet in the Planning Workbench screen. The Transaction: Firmed criteria you have on the saved search will only filter items that have ANY transaction with the Firmed…

Hi @User_E15G4, Yes, this seems to be the behavior. Assembly Items have a dropdown to show its components, while regular inventory items do not have a dropdown.

Hi @RobertBongers, Can you please confirm if this Customer Group sublist you have on your customer record is a standard sublist or a custom one? I checked this on my test account, but couldn't find the same under the Relationships tab of the Customer record.
