Hi @Avinash A, Are you using the same Transaction Form for both roles? If yes and assuming that is the standard Email field, then I fully agree with Wee Ming. There might be a Workflow or Script that is setting the Email field into Inline depending on the User Role. Would you be able to check this on your end? Thanks!
