Nir, Sorry, but I see I had an error in the original formula. Glad I could help.
-
Here are screen shots (see attached)
-
Start with Sales Order transaction search and create a criteria formula numeric as Case when {quantity}-nvl({quantityshiprecv}, 0) then 1 else 0 End is Greater than 0 and use similar formula Numeric {quantity}-nvl({quantityshiprecv}, 0) to show unfulfilled quantity

I would do a saved search to export out to excel and then (in excel) create the New Price via calculation. I do NOT believe that Coutry Of Origin (Manufacturers Country) is available in Mass Update
-
Also as an FYI, on the sales order, there is a field on the Billing:Payments tab called "Payment Amount" that by default is hidden. If you expose the field you can change the PreAuth amount there when you check the box to Authorize the card just in case you need to add an amount to cover shipping extras... The field does…
-
Not sure if this makes it workable... Create a copy of the vendor ID "Vendor 123 Pallet". Add that vendor to your items you but from them with the new cost. When you create a PO for customers with the pallet fee, select that vendor and the purchase price will come from the secondary vendor. You will need to turn on the…

For 1 customer I have a search alert that notifies customer service if an item commitment occurs on a sales order and the Card Authorization is over 5 days. They manually reauthorize the card immediately.
-
A couple of points as I recently migrated a customer to one world... NetSuite requires you to have a sandbox to go through the process in a testing environment (which is good but costly). Also note that all current customers and vendors will automatically be assigned to the "Current" subsidiary which becomes (initially)…

If not using Multi-Location you should use just the Available.
-
Edit the vendor. Scroll down to find Other Relashionships. Click the plus sign and select Customer.
-
Definitely simple saved search. I use mine as a transaction search selecting only transaction types that affect inventory. Usually Item Fulfillments and Inventory Adjustments but some folks use stand alone Invoices and Cash Sales. I look for the Item Join Location Available to be zero (or less than the reorder point if you…

Need to make sure they are set to SUM (like the customer is GROUP.
-
You could add 3 result columns Formula (Numeric) Summary Type (Sum) DECODE({Colour}, 'Red', 1) DECODE({Colour}, 'Green', 1) DECODE({Colour}, 'Blue', 1) You would also still need the result Customer Grouped
-
Ah, If you do NOT want the item to show on the list, the the Item is definitely not what you want. #1 is what I was describing.
-
Definitely use Other Relationships. When you change data on one, it updates the other.
-
Try Setup -> Marketing -> Online Customer Forms
-
You could: 1) Create a Shipping Method (Shipping Item) that posts to whatever account you want and override the price (if different) 2) Create an Item (type Other Charge for Sale) that posts to the proper account that you would enter on the order
-
I have experience with the Celigo connector to Magento and I can definitely recommend a single color list as ling as the list does not go over 2,000 entries.
-
Do you need to track specifically the item that the customer traded in? Does it need to go back to the vendor or just as a note on the PO? Do you dropship the item to the customer or use a special order PO? If dropshipped or special order, create a Non-Inventory item for resale and check the box for Drop Ship or Special…
-
When entering the item on a sales order, you can you a negative amount under Price to give and track the credit, and a negative amount in PO rate to get the discount from the vendor (if needed)
-
You can do it with Custom PDF/HTML code. I have a customer with Date custom fields on the lines (travel agent) and they can enter selected lines with dates in any order. When Invoice is printed (and PO or Quote) it sorts in Date order.
-
When doing a bulk CSV, make sure you use the separator character defined under the advanced import options (default I believe is "|") with no spaced between the multi-select values.
-
No actually. Just need to inventory the components of the Phantom Assembly. When you build the final product that contains the Phantom Assembly, it will then consume the components of the phantom assembly (which I will now refer to as a Sub-Assembly
-
Instead of a virtual kit, try using the "kit" item as a Phantom Assembly. Will include the components of the "Kit" assembly in the work order.

To answer the initial question "What is the best way to work with NetSuite the company and really learn all the gory detail about the product?", go an work FOR one of the partners and get exposed to 20 times more issues than you do at your current place... That being said, we have gold support being a partner but unless it…
-
Alex, I had the exact same issue a few weeks back. See https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/forum/platform-areas/import-export/csv-import/411394-importing-other-relationships-for-records I finally called NetSuite and got the response, "not a chance". The only benefit of the "other relationship is the records stay attached…

Carl, Actually the custom field was quite easy. Create as List/Record from Contacts and it only brought the contacts associated with the Customer so I didn't have to scroll through all contacts, just the ones already on the customer record.
-
We had a similar situation where we were notified by Amazon that product was returned defective. We created a location like Amazon Destroy In Field and throughout the month we would move via transfer the defective inventory there so it was not available for sale Then at month end Accounting would do the Inventory…
-
Never mind. Created a custom field as List/Record and selected contacts.
-
I would think you could also do an RA that you would close after receiving in the materials.
