So If I do it this way I would NOT be using the landed cost feature correct? I would then deactivate the landed cost feature? But would the landed cost in the 1211 account just remain there after a fulfillment? Sorry Im not an accountant.

These assets are recorded as part of the opening balance in their associated asset account. So just a dollar amount.

Hi Joy, Thanks for this info. Then what is the best practice for sending out another item? The original SO has already been fulfilled and invoiced so we can't fulfill from there. Should we just create another at $0 for the item and shipping? Best Josh

@HertsChris We never found a solution to the two POs issue. However, your problem seems like it would be solved by using shipping items rather than non-inventory items for your shipping charges. We use shipping items on our SOs and they do not show up in the orders to be invoiced list until the inventory items are…

I have found another issue with this setup. According to suite answers 85884; Orders that have non-inventory items with Preferences > Can be Fulfilled/Received = F means that they can be billed without fulfillment. I'm thinking this won't quite work. As far as the customer is concerned they paid the entire amount. But we only receive the discounted amount.
