Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle This is the role setup: When I am Admin, I get results in Global Search: When I switch to this other Role, I get no results: Is there some way to add the Item Substitute list to our menus? Anything else I might be missing? Thanks, Judy

Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle , Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, we already had that turned on and they still cannot see the page outside of the item record. Any other thoughts? Do you know how we can add it to our menus? Best, Judy

@Nicole Mendoza-Oracle Thanks so much for your answer. That article made it much clearer how the ordering happens. After reviewing all the scripts and their contexts, I was able to put them in order so that I got the order total needed and our custom script ran successfully. Have a great weekend! Judy

Hi Nicole, Just wondering if you saw the other comment I left with SPS Commerce response. They have a UE/afterSubmit script that runs after the record is created. Our script is not picking up those changes. Should we be using a different type of script? Thanks for any advice!

Hello again, I heard back from SPS very quickly; this is their response: 'When we initially save the order in the system, all the items on the Sales Order are the “SPS Error Item.” Then, our script, the SPS UE Item Matcher, runs in the afterSubmit context and places the appropriate item on each line.
