Thank you very much. Provided solution worked fine.

It should send an email only if both conditions are met. In this case, i have created an invoice and checked the box for "uses 3rd party billing" and invoice is approved. Since the condition is satisfied then it should not have sent an email. Please let me know what else needs to be checked or is there anything wrong with…

Hi Paul, Yes, i have used AND condition in the send email workflow. Also, yes, the email sent even the action is only considered. I received an email along with invoice pdf copy. My expectation is that it should have sent an email as i put AND condition. Not sure, which is causing this issue. Let me know how to set the…

Also, attaching the filter screenshot below.

Hi Pauline, Here is the screenshot for the workflow history log for email invoice to multiple receipients. Please check it and let me know there is anything wrong with the workflow condition.

Hi, Does anyone have an idea why my condition is not working? Thanks Jyothi
-
Hi Pauline, I am able to create the workflow successfully and it is working as expected. I have added below two conditions in the send email action. It is working fine with Approval status=Approved but, not working for Uses 3rd party billing=not checked. I want to email the invoice only when it is approved and unchecked…

Hi, I am just interested to know the business use case or the purpose of this request. If i understood this it correctly then one can go to invoice record and print the pdf copy. Thanks

I have created another custom field on sales order and created a workflow using set field value to concatenate both values into the new custom field. But, it is not pulling the value from To Be Emailed. Please check the below screenshot. I have generated the invoice from SO and the value shows as for Customer Emails.

Hi Paul, Here is how our current system is. We are sourcing client's Bill To email from SFDC to Netsuite's "To Be E-mailed" on Sales Order in the communication tab. We have customer secondary email id on customer record. We want to send the approved invoice to these two emails ids. Is there a way i can add customer…

Thanks Mikko for your response. It was Expensify configuration issue and has been resolved. Thanks again.

Thanks Pauline. It worked out well. I need to change this little bit for our requirement. Is there a way to pull the email id from custom field (customer) into the standard To Be Email field on the invoice record (Communication tab and To Be Email field) Thanks

Hi Roxanne, Please let me know if I can customize the report as requested above. I want to pull the data for the same periods as date range selected for last year. Please let me know if there is a way to do it. I tried custom option but, it pulls static data but, i am looking for dynamic. Thank you very much Jyothi

Hi Roxanne, My request is to pull the data for the selected date range but previous year. Example: if i select Sep 2019 to October 2019 as a date range on the report then then comparison amount should be pulled for the Sep 2018 to Oct 2018, It needs to pull the previous year. Please let me know how can i do that. Thanks
-
Hi, Can you please update if there is a way to do it? Thanks!
-
Thank you very much Camille. I have already figured it out and able to create the report. I have similar kind of question for Income Statement. For example: If i select the date range to Sep 2019 to Nov 2019 then comparison amount should show Sep 2018 to Nov 2018 Screen Shot 2019-11-25 at 3.40.51 PM

Hi, I am able to figure it out. I have added one more column for comparison amount and added two formula fields for variance and %variance. Thanks

An early response would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I think it may be possible using the consolidated payments feature. This is useful if you have a parent and child customer relationship and if you received a payment from one of the customer then you can apply the payment at top parent level or immediate parent level. Not sure if this is what you are looking for. Thanks

Thank you so much for providing very details information. In my case, i used formula to concatinate the multiple email addresses but, since it just showed semicolon in the sales order page so thought i did something wrong and not showing the multiple email addresses. I will try this and let you know if case of any…

Hi, Just want to check if there is any update on this. Thanks

Thanks Camille.

Yes, i want to run them concurrently and not running them separately for each book. Thanks

Hi Roxanne, Any update on my last comment? Thanks Jyothi

Thank you so much for the details. Yes, i tried to uncheck the box for revenue and expense management but, system didn't allow me, then I clicked on field help and understood the conditions. We have enabled multibook and our system has been running on 605. Now, we are upgrading it to ARM 606. So, we have transactions in…

One question. Does it book rev recognition across accounting books by default?
-
I think our finance team don't want to run it separately for secondary book. Is there a way to run the rev recognition across the books, not running by books? Thanks
-
Thanks Roxanne for your quick reply. we were told that unchecking the "Revenue and Expense Management" checkbox below would allow us to run amortization, depreciation, and revenue recognition as book generic (i.e., eliminating the need to run these processes twice). You can get to this option by navigating to Setup >…
