Adding the DKIM settings did not fix our problem and we are still experiencing the bounces. I am still waiting for a case update on the S1 defect# 258849. The bounces are not just on order confirmations, and not just Paypal sales, but most of them do come from Paypal sales. The checkout error email is also bouncing.

Count me in on this one. Locks up their money in Paypal and sends them an email that $$ was sent to us for the order, yet no order and the items are still in the customers cart. Same for us, and all I know if that NS support is investigating the issue. It is records that were previously merged months ago, not new customers records. We have not merged them again, awaiting a reply from NS to see who gets to do all this extra (farmville) work.
