I think this a much better approach than the Workflow one since it will be based on the Saved Search and not the Custom Field's formula ? and the field will be updated easily compared to the Workflow's triggers. Excellent workaround! Thank you for working this with me, @Dirk Nieuwkamp ?

Thanks for the additional insight, @Tiru Chembeti. This can be done via Workflow if the Sublist Field is in the Items Sublist. Workflows can use the Set Field Value on Items sublist by using the Sublist Action Group. But I agree that using Script is much more practical here than using a Workflow ?
