Hi Joahnna, Thank you so much for walking me through. I couldn't believe how easy it was. Now can I select both sales order forms to be preferred so the two roles I created can use one of each as some features are different from one another. I tried checking both but it won't allow me.

Hello, If I change the item then that will leave the sales order unbilled because it was fulfilled with a different item number. So will I have to delete the invoice and rebill the sales order?

Hi Jack, The item in question is the third item (01221 Liquid Chlorine) that is missing on this packing slip. This item have not been fulfilled so it should be 10 back ordered but it's not even listed on the packing slip. Liz

Hi Jack, The items has been fulfilled and was expecting the backorder items to be tracked. Here are the items on the sales order, the first two highlighted items were fulfilled. I've also mark the Show checkbox for Back Ordered under Sublist Fields subtab and it didn't do anything. Should I try it on the Fulfillment form?…

the box highlighted has been enable the whole time, so I don't understand why it's not tracking the backorder items.

Hi Jack, Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. It worked, looks great on the email version now but the logo shrunken when I print the actual sales order.
