@Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle This still doesn’t work. The custom field "post dated" means that only 1 of the 2 orders is showing in the list. SO5002 as this is a post dated one. SO5001 is not post dated but currently holds the stock. From what you have said both orders need to appear in the search list?? That wont work for…

I’m referring to the opposite of deferred revenue (i.e prepayments). Netsuite seems to have different names and I think it’s a deferred expense in NS. I am using a saved search It is set to public and also does not have mainline included. The sales order "commit" field is populated with "available qty" and there is no order priority field. Please advise.

Hi, I have investigated this and just to let you know - turns out that the customer did not select an account. If you do not select an income account, an item will not show in the item drop box list for sales transactions. You should only leave this blank if this is to be a parent item or a component of a kit or assembly.…
