Never noticed this before, but you're right. If I do a very broad Global Search - I get a list of 400 Items. But bizarrely, I then get text at the bottom of the list which says "More...." but doesn't actually do anything! However, if you then export this - you'll get all the results.

Hiya. I can see this working fine for Invoices - as you say a Billed Invoice doesn't mean you've had payment. But a Cash Sale on the other hand, I would always taken Billed as meaning paid for - however I can see consistency reasons for not doing this.

OK, the form you have associated with that specific user has been upgraded to the new form layout. If you go into the Role setup, you will be able to allocate a different (non-updated) form for this role. Someone there must have upgraded this specific form (or all Standard forms)

In 2010.2, orders placed by a shopper using the NetSuite web store with an auth decline are not saved. If we can make your XML order import appear as a shopper's web store order you would still see the same 2010.1 behavior. If you chose not to deploy them, then nothing should change. Currently, I've only deployed about 50% or ours, the remainder will probably stay as they are.

As there's two updates they have to fit in, Sept and March would seem to be the best alternatives - missing out both the Xmas and the summer high points.

Netsuite's implementation of TimeZones is a total mess - the lack of consistency of what zone is used causes some of the biggest problems. It's not relevant at all where the servers are hosted, what matters is the timezone that Netsuite's customer's are in.

Just found even more annoying side effects of NS being unwilling to set the timezone locally! In 2010.2 the new Payment listing for Credit Card charges, it lists the time in US time! So a re-billing I've just done, now shows up as actually being done 8 hours ago! Netsuite, is this ever going to be sorted out????
