Hi @User_9DZCA, This is because of the Auto-generated numbers enabled. Navigate to Setup > Company > Auto-Generated Numbers. When the Auto-Generated Numbers feature is disabled: The customer name is stored in the Customer ID field. See SuiteAnswers ID: 105280.

Hi @MTL_MIA, Only estimates that are marked to be included in forecasts appear on the pipeline report, and only opportunities that have not been converted to estimates appear on the report. I agree with @Estee. You can create a saved search to include the estimates/quotes generated from Opportunities.

Hi @User_K51C7, Currently, it’s not possible to create an invoice directly from a Partner record. You may need to create a customer record and generate the invoice from there. You can add the customer record under the Partner record’s Relationship tab or associate a partner with a customer or transaction. See SuiteAnswers…

Hi @User_VA1OM The search provided above by @Akhil_k_t should let you populate the roles with zero users assigned and if a role has been assigned to a user but hasn't been used will also appear in the results.
