Hi @User_5OUXV, I'm afraid the result you're looking for isn't available through a saved search. To get the report you want, I recommend creating a workbook with the case dataset. Step I: Create dataset. In the case dataset, add Issues: Issue Type and Case Creation Date/Time fields. To get this week's cases with issue type…

Hi @Dirk Nieuwkamp, Since you mentioned that Employee 1 edited the customer record of Customer 1, are you trying to add Employee 3 in the Sales Rep column? If so, this is not possible as the permission allowed in this role is only for record viewing. To test, login as the Administrator and add Employee 3 to the list. Once…

Interesting. I tested this and it worked before. Try itemline.item only. Here's the result of my testing. Regards,

Yes, that will work if you are good with the full access level to the Purchase Order permission. The enhancement is if the Transaction permission set to view or edit. Please do not forget to vote for the enhancement request at SuiteIdeas. Regards,

I am exploring SuiteAnalytics to populate this report. How do you get the average number of case issue type for the past year? I need this to create a formula in the dataset. Thanks,
-
It is feasible through scripting since SuiteScript APIs have the option to set values to ignore mandatory fields. However, you may need to create extra custom field(s) that serve as flag to indicate that the record(s) are created by Suitebilling which scripts can check. I hope this helps.
-
Hi @Fah , Look for something like transaction where type = estimate. I hope this helps. Regards,

Thank you, @CDuf. Glad to see you here! ? @Dirk Nieuwkamp, can you please check in your Employee 1 & 3 records if there is a Classification set? Navigate to your Sales Account Manager role > Restrictions tab. Is there anything in the list?
-
Is the preferred form customized? You should be able to verify it in Customization > Forms. Also, have you checked if there is an amount or quantity defined in the transaction? It seems the error message "Please enter a value for amount" says it is missing one of these fields in the line item.

Hi @Curtis Beene I've sent you an email with the Support Case I created. Please continue to work on this issue through the case. Thank you.
-
Hi @srussell I would like to isolate the issue by checking the form used. Please recreate the transaction using the standard forms of opportunity and estimates. Let us know if you still get the same message.
-
That's great. I am glad it worked. ?

Hi @User_EQGQ1, To see the System Notes, edit your custom role > Permissions > Lists > Add Notes Tab permission. I hope this helps.
-
Thank you for the screenshots. Per checking, the permissions are all good. There is an existing enhancement logged under #359404 to have the ability to view workflows with Workflow and Transaction permissions. There is no available workaround, and I suggest voting for this enhancement request at SuiteIdeas.

Apologies for the confusion. Enabling Allow Audience to Edit is to allow other roles to edit the search, meaning they can make changes and resave the search. If you're the owner of the search, you can always edit it. However, you also need to consider other permissions. Since this is a transaction-saved search, please make…
-
Hi @User_G9NIK, In the search, you need to enable Allow Audience to Edit for the Purchasing & Inventory role edit the search. Regards,

Hi @User_G9NIK, The owner can always edit and save the saved search. The scenario here was that the search was owned by a different user. The Allow Audience to Edit will only apply if the search is not in public and if you want another role or user to edit the search. I hope this aswers your question.
-
Hi @User_G9NIK, The ability to massively update the ownership of the custom saved searches is logged under Enhancement #246834. As for the usage, you can create a search for Saved Searches in Lists > Searches > Saved Searches > New > Select Saved Search. Make sure to add the Last Run By and Last Run On fields in the…

Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA Disabling the Export permission will remove the user's capability to send out the report via Email. Can you tell us what the steps are for how you send it as an email report? Thanks,

Hi @Nine-Oracle , Please see answers below. Navigate to Setup > Sales > Sales Preferences > General tab > Lead Status field Lead/Prospect/Customer are the three possible stages that can be defined for a customer so you can see these forms when creating Lead/Prospect/Customer record. There are some fields that are not…
