In the standard behavior, once you click on the "Ok" button, the user can still save the transaction. If you want to generate an error or alert and block the user from saving the transaction, this is possible through a workflow. Thank you.

Hi @aisaadaniya, I was able to replicate the scenario, and for us to have complete access to the ticket records and saved searches, we need to make sure that the permission is provided in the role. Please let me know if you were able to add the search in the reminders portlet after provisioning the permission. Thank you.

This is a standard warning in NetSuite. How did the sales person convert the quote to a sales order? Can you try to have her delete her cache and browsing history or use a different browser to check? Thank you.

Are there any restrictions on the role? How about restrictions in the employee record? Try to delete the cache and history of your browser or use a different browser. Also, please send me the screenshot of your Permissions > Lists in your custom role. Thank you.

The reason for this is because when you assign a Preferred Location in the Item Record and you create a transaction, NetSuite will not be able to use that Preferred Location across all Subsidiaries. Hi @Hendrik Kotze, I would like to confirm if deleting the cache and browsing history helps. Use a different browser too to check if the user can populate the email template. If not, try to recreate the email template. Also check if there is a workflow or script attached to the records. Regards,
