Hi @User_EAEVZ, You can use the Customer Saved Search and the Results tab, adding the Inactive and Login Access fields. You should then be able to see a list of customers with login access, along with their active status.

Hi @User_EAEVZ, Follow the steps below on how to assign the role. Login as the administrator Navigate to the entity record and click Edit In Access tab, Enable the Give Access checkbox Roles > Select the custom role I hope this helps.

Hi @User_EAEVZ, Do you mean users who have access to your NetSuite account or list of customers? Use Login Audit Trail saved search for users who have access to NetSuite and use an entity saved search for customers.

Hi @User_DHDB1, What is the access level for the 'Customer' permission within this role? Additionally, it's worth noting that the 'Save As' option is available when editing existing saved searches and cannot be utilized when creating new ones.

Hi @ZCarlson, Yes, it is because the email message exceeds the 20MB limit. Hence, as an alternate solution, you can do either of the following: 1. Set the Sending Format to CSV; or 2. Hi @ImeldaSanchez Log in to Production account as Administrator Navigate to Setup > Company > Sandbox Accounts Note: Sandbox accounts are managed from Production account. In order to check any information regarding Sandbox accounts, request a refresh, or activate a refreshed copy, you have to log in to Production account.
